Exhibition: "2015 archeology workshop" (11/11/2015)

Exhibition outcome of proceedings issued by the Archaeological Service to a group of women from the Women's Center.

On Tuesday November 10th at 6 pm the exhibition "Archaeological Workshop, 2015" organized by the Department of Culture and Department of Equality through the Municipal Service of Archaeology and the Municipal Center for Women respectively was inaugurated.

The exhibition is installed in the Exhibition Hall and the Archaeological Museum Audiovisual and will run until November next year.

This exhibition is the result of archaeological activities in the reservoir of the Archaeological Museum, performances given by the Archaeological Service to women from the Women's Center, in the activities of this course.

The workshop was held at the premises of the c / Fuente Nueva where funds from the Archaeological Museum are located.

In that course it has treated the whole process of treatment of archaeological pieces from entering the excavation proceeds, until its public presentation as museum-piece.

In all these activities it has been a graphic and photographic monitoring.

A total of 21 ceramic pieces have tried deposited in the Museum's collections and we now have the opportunity to see.

Most of the exhibits belong to the Roman period, highlighting a group of five amphorae but a kettle and ataifor low-imperial age from Chuecos also exposed.
