The Association of Parents of Secondary Education "King Carlos III" Eagles publicly alleged that the Ministry of Education does not serve for more than four years the center's needs, particularly those relating to provision of furniture for classrooms and other dependencies.

Thus, annual requests for material have been systematically ignored by the Autonomous Community, although each course again be repeated in writing.

The first request was made in early July 2011 and the final last June;

in this a detailed list of the basic needs of furniture that, as a result of normal wear and tear, have accumulated year after year until the day of the date was exposed: including 180 desks with chairs, wardrobes and 24 24 wooden shelves, 10 tables and 24 chairs drawing teacher, IES material considered essential for the normal development of the center's activities.

In this situation of clear neglect and discrimination, the Board of AMPA "King Carlos III", through its president, urges the Minister of Education, Maria Isabel Sanchez-Mora, that, immediately, observe the request for allocation of said material, ending a situation that harms the normal development of the center's activity.

Such lack of resources adversely affects teaching duties, affecting both teachers and the more than six hundred students studying ESO, High School, Adult Education and Training in the aquiline IES.

At the same time, representatives of parents reminiscent of both regional and municipal education authorities, the remarkable state of insecurity, abandonment or deterioration of much of the center's facilities, urging them to initiate the necessary repairs with character emergency.
