The Civil Guard in the region of Murcia has developed recently, the operation 'GOOFY' aimed at clarifying the abandonment of a puppy dog ​​on a busy highway Eagles, which has resulted in the allocation of two people who were authorship attributed the alleged crime of animal abandonment.

The proceedings began when a policeman, off duty, watched from a van traveling on the bypass Eagles, was released a puppy, with the corresponding threat to road safety and the very life of the animal.

Crime animal abandonment

Crime animal abandonment is collected the recent reform of the Penal Code, which defines it as leaving a pet, tamed or anyone not living in the wild, in conditions which may endanger their life or integrity is punished with the penalty of a fine of three to six months.
