Spectacular night training exercise in the Bay of Eagles (14/08/2015)

Levante Bay Eagles last night hosted a spectacular nighttime training exercise with the participation Salvage, Spanish Red Cross, Navy and Customs Enforcement.

About 300 troops between the different crews and rescuers drill attached to the Spanish Red Cross, on this occasion, worked as potential victims of an alleged shipwreck and a boat with a fire on board ships.

An operation that was followed aboard Abanto Customs Surveillance by the mayor, Mari Carmen Moreno, accompanied by the presidents of the Spanish Red Cross in Aguilas and Lorca, Miguel Molina and Concepcion Canales, Sergio Carbonell, head of Sasemar Center Murcia, Federico Harbour Master Lopez de Mazarrón, the Director General of Public Safety and Emergency, Manuel Duran, the Maritime Safety inspector Eagles captain, Diego Solano, and Brigadier Antonio Almagro, Accidental post commander of the Civil Guard of the town, among others.

Next to them and from the Paseo de Parra in Las Delicias and the Esplanade Auditorium Infanta Elena aquiline and many visitors followed carefully maneuvers the rescuers and the evolution of the corvette Infanta Elena, the patrol Abanto, the Mimosa and LS Salvamar Titania, the latter based on Eagles and Helimer 201 helicopter based in Almeria.

These exercises are conducted regularly on the Spanish coast and seek closer ties among participants from different agencies and administrations, while improving the efficiency and competitiveness of the participants, to provide a quick and effective response to the citizen actual cases.
