On Saturday, United Left-Greens Eagles held an open meeting supporters and affiliates in which we proceeded to the election of a candidate for mayor in the next municipal elections.
Thus, IU-Green is the first political organization that elects hawk who will head the municipal list.
The only candidate that was presented was that of María Isabel Torrente, current councilor in the City of Eagle, who won the unanimous support of those present, who made small local headquarters of the formation where the assembly was held.
Attendees included Miguel Antonio Carrasco and Pedro Hernandez, former councilors, as well as the internationally recognized environmentalist aguileño Pedro Costa.
In the words devoted, María Isabel Torrente said "it is an honor to represent this training in the next elections and this great group of friends who accompany me".
The candidate is unclear what will be the proposal to be presented to the citizens of the municipality: "bread, work and shelter," claim to have known the Marches of Dignity.
