This morning, the councilor of Health of the City of Eagle, Ana María Miñarro, accompanied by the local president of the Spanish Association Against Cancer, Dolores Perez, visited the group of 48 children with cancer who have enjoyed a week of living in the Youth Hostel Calarreona.
This is the XIII National Meeting of Adolescents with Cancer, organized by the Spanish Federation of Parents of Children with Cancer, which has involved 13 boys associations from different parts of the country.
This group consists of 16 parent organizations and serves over 14,000 people annually.
This activity, part of a program of psychosocial therapy that young people are looking to spend a few days of fun and relaxation, as they have done this year in Águilas, sharing experiences that are faced daily by his illness.
Participants, visibly moved after these seven days you have developed numerous common activities, were dismissed by Ana Maria Miñarro and Dolores Perez, who presented them with a gift in memory of his passing through the town, while they were invited to to return to Eagles on future occasions.
