Eagles extended public transport services during the summer (02/07/2014)

Council of Tourism and Mobility, Clara Valverde and Francisco Clemente, next to the manager of the dealership signature of public transport in Águilas (AT Bus), Asensio Martínez, presented this morning the new services that will be delivered this summer in the town.

In the press conference, the mayors said that the bus company has already expanded the schedule of the various urban routes, establishing for the months of July and August between half past seven and twelve o'clock.

They also indicated that they have they activated new routes for the summer season, whose main purpose is to enable citizens to have a wide range of public transport, also facilitating the use of this means of getting to certain events, leading to a reduction in road accidents.

The various proposals announced by Asensio Martinez, during the meeting with the media, were as follows:

Buhobús: Since it was introduced in the town, six years ago, has been increasing in number of users reaching seven charter and large vehicles moving over four thousand people in a single night.

It runs through the various entertainment and offers a 12:00 to 8:00, weekends and holidays.

Ruta del Castillo: Will operational for the second consecutive year, from Tuesday to Sunday, from 11 to 13 and from 18 to 21 hours, stopping set in the Plaza of Spain.

The Service will be increased in the evenings the restaurant Souk Sea remains open, and the days that cultural shows are performed in Fortaleza.

Beach Bus: It is a new product, created in collaboration with the agency Incoming east, which is to present some of the most beautiful beaches and coves of the town of Aguilas.

Daily, departing from the main hotel establishments in the city, a bus tour these natural enclaves.

Hours are 9 to 11 hours, from 12:30 to 14 and from 21 to 22:30.

Bus Summer: weekends and holidays is activated in coordination with the company Incoming east, encouraging mobility among residents and tourists from different areas of coastline next to Eagles, as is the case Terreros or Mojacar.
