The Councillor of Social Services City of Eagle, Ana Maria Miñarro, was today present at the signing of the agreement between the Obra Social "La Caixa" and the Association of Families and Persons with Mental Illness Eagles and Shire (AFEMAC).
Heading the President have stamped the AFEMAC, Dolores Morales and Business Area Director of "La Caixa", towards the project "Promoting quality of life and independence of people with mental illness in the region Eagles ".
In the words of Miñarro, the main purpose of this project is that people with mental illness in isolation, due to the geographic area, can receive psychosocial care that enables the improvement of personal autonomy, to Once they are integrated into the social fabric and can, on equal terms, to access the resource therapeutic day center
This money, 14,000 euros, will go towards the purchase of a vehicle in order to meet the project objective.
