The Secondary School "Alfonso Escámez" Eagles, received this morning an interesting talk by Ignacio Martinez, head of the firm chosen Climasol and Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the Region of Murcia.

The mayor of Eagle, Bartolome Hernandez, and Council for Education and Local Development, Francisco Clemente and Carlos Bartolomé, framed attended this event in the European Young Enterprise project (HUB) in the action plan called Fostering Entrepreneurial Culture in Early Ages, which since 2009 promotes the Ministry of Universities, Business and Research, through the Institute for the Promotion of the Region of Murcia (INFO), together with the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment.

Center director, Francisco Martinez, explained that this program involves thirty students of 4th ESO, who have chosen elective course "Professional Initiation of Directors".

During the course, students are in the classroom their own businesses, where they perform tasks as choosing the Regents of the cooperative, corporate image and the development of statutes. "Your business is to manufacture its own products, developed by them in class, after market research.

All companies created during the school year, will output its products in a regional market to be held in late May in Murcia.

On the way back, with the proceeds, shall assume the payment to suppliers, recover capital and finally with them on, made a joint activity.

A portion of profits will be allocated to a social order that the students decided to draw up their constitutions.

Both the European Young Enterprise project (HUB), which is developed at the IES Alfonso "Escámez" as in the Entrepreneurs in My School (EME), which hosts the CEIP "Ramón y Cajal", aims to develop entrepreneurial skills in children and young people from an early age, working on them skills such as personal initiative, self-reliance, teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution ability and communication skills, among other issues typical of a person entrepreneurship.
