More than 300 school aquiline participate in a drawing contest against animal abuse and neglect (12/04/2013)

Crevillent Andrea Mena, Joaquin Tendero public school, was the overall winner of the competition organized by the City of Eagles, under the title "One more in the team."

The councilors of Health and Education of the City of Eagles, Ana Maria and Francisco Clemente Miñarro, accompanied by the local veterinarian, and Manuel Sansegundo Aguiproan president, María Luisa Mataix, delivered yesterday afternoon in the awards of the first edition of the competition drawing "One more on the computer", in which more than 300 students belonging to schools: Mediterranean, San Juan de las Aguilas, Ramón y Cajal, Joaquin Shopkeeper and Mar. The contest, organized by the consistory aquiline and aimed at students aged 6 and 7 years, the school sought to raise awareness about the issue of animal abuse and neglect, conducting various educational workshops culminating in the development of a drawing that should capture the values ​​of respect and tolerance for their pets.

Of all the students, 15 students were yesterday awarded the third prize of a shirt commemorating the event.

Another 10 students went up to the second position, which consisted of a lot of school and said shirt.

Finally, Andrea Crevillent Mena got the first prize of school, shirt, a € 50 voucher for stationery and a poster with the image of his drawing, which will be used by the City of Eagles annually campaign does this administration in defense of animal rights.
