The Department of Health and aquiline Consistory of Eagles Diabetes Association (ADIA) yesterday put up the XII Diet Cookery Course, which will take place until next Friday, April 12, at the Hotel Puerto Juan Montiel .
The mayor of Eagle, Bartolome Hernandez, and the mayor of Health, Ana Maria Miñarro, with the president of ADIA, Juan Carlos Prisons, these gastronomic inaugurated with the participation of twenty people in this group, they may learn daily prepare two dishes and a dessert that will draw up the head chef of the Plaza Hotel.
Some of the recipes will taste once made themselves partners include: chickpea and chard sautéed ham, sole fresh mushroom sauce or apple soufflé, among other culinary delights.
As usual, during the course will also provide participants basic information on: nutrients, diets, special foods for diabetics or how to deal with the disease, among other things of interest.
