Mayor Eagles, Bartolomé Hernández Giménez, and the Councillor for Culture and Heritage, Francisco Miguel Martinez, accompanied by the president of the Council of Holy Week Brotherhoods, Sebastián Muñoz, and several representatives of the processions columbines, today presented the poster Easter of Eagles 2013, which this year will take place from 22 to 31 March.
The author of the poster, present also in the act, is the young local painter Pedro Juan Rabal, with a picture showing a typical image of Easter aquiline.
It appreciates a Nazarene White Pass offering candy to a child, the throne and the likes of San Juan Evangelista as backdrop.
This carving, that procession in the town since the year 1953, is the work of sculptor José Noguera and belongs to the Royal and Illustrious Brotherhood of St. John the Evangelist, Holy Woman Veronica and Cristo del Consuelo (White Pass), founded at the beginning of the twentieth century .
