It has dismantled a clandestine greenhouse containing 700 marijuana plants in various stages of production

The three prisoners with a history of committing similar crimes

The Civil Guard in the region of Murcia has developed a research aimed at eradicating drug trafficking, which has resulted in the dismantling of a point of cultivating, processing and sale of marijuana in Huércal-Overa.

It has also been arrested three people and has been practiced entering and searching in a building where it has discovered an underground greenhouse production of marijuana, with 700 plants in various stages of production and many specialized products and devices for producing this substance.

The Civil Guard initiated an investigation aimed at eradicating Eagles drug trafficking after we can prove the existence of a group of people who might be involved with drug trafficking.

Of the various devices developed police, officers were able to identify three members of this criminal group, residents of Eagles and allegedly distributed marijuana in the locality.

Then be able to locate the point of production and processing of marijuana on a farm in the outskirts of Huércal-Overa, where the group had rented a greenhouse and later installed underground for production of marijuana and enabled different rooms in the building for handling and dose preparation.

Once obtained all necessary evidence Civil Guard developed the operational phase of research with the practice of entering and searching on the farm where it was found a large marijuana plantation in various stages of production, drying and handling, so proceeded to the arrest and subsequent remand in custody of the three members of this criminal group.

Detainee

As part of this research has proceeded to the arrest of three people suspected of crimes against public health, drug trafficking, identified as:

- Spanish, 44-year-old resident of Eagles.

- Spanish 46-year-old resident of Eagles.

- Spanish 33-year-old resident of Eagles.

All prisoners with a history of committing similar crimes.

Effects seized:

At the entrance and registration practiced in the building where there was investigated the illegal activity were seized following substances and effects:

700 plants of cannabis sativa (marijuana) in various stages of production.

All effects and devices needed to develop the cultivation of marijuana as power transformers, exhaust fans, heating devices, lighting, ventilation and insulation, as well as specialty fertilizers and growth accelerators.

The detainees, effects seized and the proceedings initiated have been made available to the competent judicial authority.
