The opening ceremony was performed by the mayor of Culture of the City of Eagle, Clara Valverde, director of courses at the UMU, Manuela Lopez, course directors, Carmen Sanchez and Francisco Antonio González and Professor of Labour Law and Social Security, Faustino Cava.
The course, in honor of Professor Alfredo Montoya Melgar, doctor honoris causa by the University of Murcia, will address the limits of power of the employer to organize your business and your interaction with the rights of workers.
Being a current issue, there are many issues that shaped the theme of the course: hiring workers and design staff, termination of contract, ordinary course of business, measures against the crisis, the design of risk prevention labor, etc.
