XVII Rally Photographic - Eagles 2010 (09/07/2010)

Participants: All fans who want it.

Celebration Date: 24-25 July.

Offer Digital Photography.

Departure: Esplanade Port, at 2 pm, on July 24.

Subject and Course:

The route is almost entirely rural, and dirt tracks.

Be developed in two phases, the first on Saturday afternoon, and the second on Sunday morning.

On Saturday night will camp (barbecue included).

The tour will be communicated at the beginning of each phase, through instructions in a sealed envelope.

The photographic subjects are notified at the start of the Rally and will be grouped into: still photography, photographic subjects raised by the organization and free theme.

EI Registration period will open on July 19 at 09:00 pm

and end on day 21 at 14:00 pm, or when filled squares, since the number of teams is limited.

Digital Photography:

Each team will participate with a single digital camera that comes with its own blank memory card (minimum of 256 MB), cable connection and / or any other device needed to dump the photos in the organization's computer (a PC compatible with Windows XP and USB ports).

On Friday July 23 at 20:00 and 20:30, there will be a meeting, with half of teams in each, in the Casa de la Juventud "Capri" with the person in charge of photography each team, and will come equipped with the camera that will participate in the Photo Rally.

The memory card from the camera should be formatted, and the date and time set correctly.

At the meeting, there will be a compulsory subject photograph is marked by the Organization, which can not be deleted, and should be included in the first submitted to the completion of the Photo Rally.

The card will be delivered to the Organization and will give each team at the time of departure.

At this same meeting, will explain the General Instructions Photo Rally and will clarify the doubts that may arise.

All images must be made with a minimum resolution of 2048 x 1563 (or 3 mega pixel) and standard formats (. Jpg,. Tiff or. Bmp).

Be submitted up to 36 photos + photo control at the meeting held on Friday 23, which will be downloaded to the computer of the organization.

If the chamber contains more photos, will discard the last made.

Selected Photographs:

All photographs will go to competition.

The authors give the organization the right to use or reproduction of all photographs submitted for the contest.

Awards:

At the end of the Rally will announce the winners of the race.

This is a test of guidance and consistency rather than speed.

On August 20 will screen a selection of photographs of all the teams and the organization in addition to the prizes.

Subsequently it will present the awards.

The slide show repeats on Monday August 23 at 20:00 pm in the Youth House "Capri."

The organizers reserve the right to declare any of the prizes.

Camera, vehicle (2 or 5 wheels), tent, compass, flashlight, sleeping bag and survival gear.

Comments:

Any anomaly punctuated by these rules, shall be resolved at the discretion of the organization, whose verdict is final.

Taking part in the Photo-RALLY constitutes acceptance of the bases.

The organizing committee is not responsible for loss or damage that the material may be incurred during the Rally.

Similarly, no liability for damage, theft, loss or accidents that may occur during the celebration of the test.
