Isidro Carrasco: "Mrs. Moreno once again mortgages all aquilines with a contract for outdoor lighting of the municipality that also does not comply with the law."
The councilman Isidro Carrasco, stressed in the Plenary that despite all the warnings from the Municipal People's Group and after having had to ask for a legal report to the Municipal Secretary, a contract is passed that pledges all aquilines for 8 years and which is acknowledged both by the Secretary's Report and by the councilman Mr. Consentino himself who does not comply with the deindexation law, making vague excuses and throwing balls out by not being able to justify the approval of a contract of these characteristics despite to recognize that the law has not been complied with.
Councilman Carrasco emphasizes the attitude of the Mayor, Mari Carmen Moreno who, after having to repeat the vote given the tie produced in the voting had to approve this contract with his vote of quality;
He addressed some unfortunate words in which he showed his arrogance by blaming the national and regional governments when in reality he could not justify his attitude and could not explain why he does not comply with the law when approving such an important contract for the municipality.
For its part, the Municipal Group Spokeswoman Isabel Soler, highlights the broad consensus reached in initiatives such as the Municipal People's Group for the promotion of quality tourism that won the support of the other groups.
Likewise, Soler stresses the full willingness of the Popular Group to support a joint initiative to request the Government of Spain to modernize both the Murcia-Lorca-guilas suburban line.
According to Soler, in what there were no cracks either was in the unanimous agreement of all the Groups for the denomination of the Park of the Hill with the name of Inclusive Park Mari Collado.
