The association of Friends of the Railroad The Labradorcico recently organized a commemorative act of the fifty anniversary of the shutdown of the steam in �guilas.

During the same tribute was paid to fourteen retired machinists "who performed their professional work in the years in which the locomotives still did not work by diesel traction," said the president of the association, Miguel Losilla.

The day, which was attended by the mayor of Culture, Lucia Hernandez, also served to present a new triptych on the Railway Museum prepared by students of the training course of Commercial Activities of the IES Alfonso Esc�mez.
