In memory of the cyclist aquiline Julián Hernández Zaragoza] | The II Cicloturistarcoiris Águilas will be run "Against the prejudices of sex, race and creed" and a test of the Spanish Cup of Adapted Cycling, "Arcoiris Adaptado Águilas" |

Next Sunday, October 22, will be a day cycling in memory of the cyclist aquiline Julian Hernandez Zaragoza.

The event, as explained at a press conference, the mayor of Sports, Cristóbal Casado, responsible for communication of Cicloturistarcoiris, Santiago Fernandez, responsible for the Federation of adapted cycling, Joaquín López and the President of the Federation Murciana Cycling, Sergio Martinez, will consist of two tests.

On the one hand, at nine thirty in the morning up to a limit of 200 cyclists will take the exit in the test cyclodeportiva, free speed, to travel 110 km through the municipalities of Eagles, Mazarrón and Lorca, with climbs to the Lomo de Bas and Campico López.

In the test it is possible to register all the people who want it of more than 18 years with a inscription price of 30,00 € the federated ones and 42,00 € the non-federated ones, that includes the insurance of one day.

Entries can be made from the website www.cicloturistarcoiris.com or from the platform www.cronomur.es.

On the other hand, while the participants of the cyclist take the test, will take place the test of the Spanish Cup of Adapted Cycling, Arcoiris Adapted Eagles in the modalities Handbike, Tricycles, Tandems and bicycles, with start time at ten of the tomorrow and in which 80 cyclists with disabilities are expected to participate.

It will have a distance of 2.6 km.

The circuit is urban in its entirety, it will run along Calle Aire and Paseo de Parra.

To this test cyclists can make their inscriptions through the website of the Federation adapted modality http://www.rfec.com.

At the end of the tests awards and gifts will be given and a tribute will be paid to the memory of Julián Hernández Zaragoza, the aquiline cyclist sadly deceased when he was part of the Spanish Olympic team that would participate in the Olympics of Barcelona '92.
