The Council of New Technologies of the City of Aguilas reports that, as already announced, the establishment in the locality of the 4th Generation mobile service (4G in the 800 MHz band) can affect the reception of digital terrestrial television ( DTT).

In order to solve these problems and ensure that the commissioning of the mobile telephone base stations does not affect DTT, the entity LLEGA800 performs the necessary technical actions in the reception facilities of the users of DTT.

These actions are free of charge for affected citizens.

According to the Ministerial Order that regulates this process, the deadline for requesting the actions in case of affectation by users of DTT, is six months from the date of commissioning of mobile stations;

for this reason, it is reported that on 30 September, the deadline for requesting the free actions by users of DTT will be definitively terminated due to the possible damages caused by the 4G nodes in the 800 MHz band.
