Last Sunday was celebrated the I Extraordinary Departure of the Apostle Santiago;

An event organized by the Confraternity of Santiago Apostle, María Santísima de la Amargura and Ánimas coinciding with the celebration, a few days ago, of the onomástica of the patron saint of Spain.

The events began with a campaign mass, presided over by the first mayor, Mari Carmen Moreno, who was named Sister Honorary Mayor and Camarera de la Virgen, and the brother of the Brotherhood, Juan Gómez, at the gates of the church of Nuestra Lady of the Carmen.

After the religious service, the titular image of the Brotherhood walked, carried by its costaleros, the streets of the locality.
