The Saharawi children of the Holiday in Peace Program enjoyed yesterday a day of coexistence with the members of the Municipal Emergency and Civil Protection Service.
The children visited the Civil Protection base where they enjoyed, in the company of their host families, a snack.
The most awaited moment of the afternoon arrived with the invitation to participate in aquatic activities, as well as to make a tour in the different intervention vehicles.
During the event, the children were accompanied by the mayor of Public Safety, Vicente Ruiz;
The mayor of Tourism, Ginés Desiderio Navarro;
The coordinator of the Civil Protection service, Pedro Sánchez;
And the president of the Association of Friends of the Saharawi People, Paqui Lajarín.
