The mayor of Public Safety, Vicente Ruiz;

The general director of Citizen Security and Emergencies, José Ramón Carrasco;

The head of the Tower of Sasemar in Cartagena, Sergio Rodriguez;

Ladirectora Autonómica de CRE in Murcia, María José Vera;

And the local president, Miguel Molina, among others, attended yesterday the exercise URCIEX17;

A simulacrum involving Sasemar and Red Cross resources, coordinated by IAMSAR, an entity that develops, together with these two agencies, the search and rescue of those affected in the marine environment.

Before beginning the spectacular simulacrum, developed by sea and air, a visit was made to the ship of Salvamento Marítimo Clara Campoamor.

After the activity, the mayor of Citizen Security stressed "the importance of developing activities such as this that allow to be prepared to develop a coordinated work before any incident that might arise."
