The mayor of Public Safety, Vicente Ruiz, stressed that "the purpose of this operation is to give security, especially to young people, to achieve a better enjoyment of their days as 'monas', and families to convey the peace of mind that they will enjoy An assistance that will contribute, if necessary, to have the best and most immediate response to their demands. Along the same lines, the mayor remembered that the practice of camping during the monas is not allowed in any of the urban beaches of the locality;
