The City of Eagle has six allegations Management Plan Protected Areas of the Mar Menor and Mediterranean coastal strip (27/09/2016)

Monday was the deadline for public exposure Management Plan Protected Areas of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean coastal strip, which the City of Eagle has submitted several allegations.

However, the Council has seen fit to present six allegations to the Plan.

The first one asks the Comprehensive Management Plan collect the current limits of the municipality of Eagles, as the geographical boundaries of the ZEC contained in the Plan do not coincide with municipal boundaries.

The second complaint concerns the current planning in the municipality.

Another allegations calls for the participation rephrase that the City, as well as other affected may have on the development of the draft decree of declaration of Special Areas of Conservation (SACs), and approval of the Management Plan of Protected Areas of Mar Menor and the Mediterranean coastal strip.

It is also alleged activities on the economic and environmental effects and their possible effects.

Particularly noteworthy are the allegations relating to Embarcadero del Hornillo and archaeological actions foreseen in Isla del Fraile.

"
