The City of Eagle already has a new Agreement on Working Conditions of municipal officials who will be in effect until next year 2019 and which was signed by the unanimous both political parties and trade unions that make up the negotiating table.
With this new agreement, which highlighted the mayor, Mari Carmen Moreno, "guarantees the maintenance staff and the quality of public services provided", training of officials will be promoted, considered this a cornerstone in the administration;

The mayor, who underlined the willingness to negotiate unions have made possible the incorporation of several claims and improvements, says he will not involve additional expenditure for municipal coffers because most of the improvements are financed by redeployment of staff.
