The House of Culture hosts the exhibition "8 16 50,000" by the photographer based in Águilas Gèrard Terrien.
The exhibition, which can be visited until October 31, takes a photographic tour of 8 countries, for 16 months and covering a total of 50,000 kilometers. The inauguration of this magnificent exhibition was given by the mayor of Culture, Maido Simó, who encouraged Terrien "to continue traveling to show others how wonderful the people and places visited are." It should be noted that all the profits obtained from the sales of the photographs in this exhibition will go to NGO Oasis whose main objective is the promotion, aid and development of children in disadvantaged countries. "8 16 50.000" can be visited from Monday to Friday from 6 to 9 pm.
