The spokesperson for the Popular Municipal Group of Águilas, Eva Reverte, together with the regional deputy, Clara Valverde, and the councilors Emilia Bayona and Antonio Landáburu, have visited the Aguilas Red Cross to participate with the delivery of school supplies in their solidarity campaign. Reverte stressed that "the Red Cross has been collecting material for twelve years in favor of children at risk of social exclusion", so from the Popular Party "as has been done in previous years, we have wanted to support them and contribute with our grain of sand by providing a series of notebooks, pages and writing material to facilitate the return to school for families with financial problems. The president of the PP of Águilas has thanked the reception by the president of the Local Assembly of the Red Cross of Águilas, Miguel Molina, "it is always pleasant to see that these gestures are still being carried out, since there are many families for whom the return the school of their children continues to suppose a very important economic effort and the work of the Red Cross of Aguilas is very commendable. "From the PP we are very concerned about the situation generated by the COVID-19 pandemic, organizations such as the Red Cross are essential to collaborate with the most vulnerable families", therefore "whenever they need us we will be here, just like with other groups of the locality ", has indicated the ´popular´ leader. Eva Reverte also concluded by thanking Centro Papel Águilas for their collaboration, which, like the previous year and knowing the end of the cause of the purchase of material, has practiced a significant discount on it.
