The mayor of Equality of the City of Águilas, Isabel María Torrente, and the technician of the Municipal Center for Women, Antonia Reche, have presented the program of events that will take place in the municipality on the occasion of the celebration, on November 25 , of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.
On the 19th, 20th and 21st, the Pepín theater workshop will be launched for 6th grade students, while the 27th, 28th and 29th will be the 4th grade Primary students to whom the "Los colores" representation will be directed. in charge of Imagine Shows.
For the students of Secondary School on Tuesday 20 will take place, in the Auditorium and Congress Palace, the Aristotelian poetic action Vitrio State under the direction of Juan María Soler.
Secondary and Bachillerato students will also attend the VIII Short Competition with Violence, whose winning piece will be screened on Thursday, the 22nd at 6:00 pm at the Francisco Rabal House of Culture, coinciding with the presentation of the winning work of the 1st Contest of Illustrations for the Poster Announcer of the Short Contest with Violence 2019.
This program of activities will continue on Friday 22 with the reading of a manifesto (at 12 o'clock at the door of the City Hall) which will be followed, at 21:00 in the House of Culture, the theatrical performance Penkoletas Sister, included within the Off Rabal programming.
On Wednesday 28 will be held the round table Sports Equally with the participation of women athletes in our town.
The programming of the Department of Equality will be completed with the round table "Prevention of Violence in the Family", organized by the Association of Housewives, Consumers and Users, and the representation of the play "Life is a fabric" for the Teatro Fénix theater workshop.
