Students from IES Europe, along with students from Portugal, Cyprus and Italy, presented the Erasmus + Action K201 project at the Auditorio y Palacio de Congresos Infanta Doña Elena yesterday.

A pioneering initiative within the Erasmus program of the Region of Murcia since, for the first time, it has the collaboration of an NGO, in this case European Environment.

"What is intended," assured the director of the center, Ismael Lucena, is to develop, in parallel with the Erasmus itself, environmental awareness actions that warn of the serious problem of marine litter.

The event was attended by the mayor of the town, Mari Carmen Moreno, and the ediles of Education and Environment, Cristóbal Casado and Isabel María Torrente.
